One of the PCC members is a lay member of Diocesan Synod. In Autumn 2006 we had a funding campaign and used Diocesan input.

Deanery Links

Newstead Deanery is divided into clusters. St Peter's Ravenshead is part of the central cluster along with five Churches in the nearby towns and villages of Annesley, Kirkby-in-Ashfield and Newstead. The cluster congregations also occasionally join together socially and have studied the same Lent course. Special services in each other's churches have also been a feature of the Church year.

A four members of the PCC are our representatives to the Deanery synod.
