The Parochial Church Council, 2008/09

The Parochial Church Council, roughly equivalent to a company's board of directors, meets every two months. Meanwhile sub-committees made up of the members work on various aspects of planning and organisation and report back to the PCC. These are community centre development, communications, finance, giving, hall management, social, standing (a core group of Vicar, Curate, Wardens and Treasurer), and worship.

At the Annual Parochial Church Meeting some members are constitutionally required to retire and their replacements are elected. Members occasionally resign before completing the three year term of office allowed and their replacements are elected for shorter periods. As the Electoral Roll increases or decreases so the number of PCC members is adjusted. Following the 2010 APM, when four new members were duly elected, the PCC now stands as follows:
